Once the immediate danger is handled, call your nearest HearthGuard Chimney location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Suspected chimney fires, active leaks, and gas fireplace concerns are prioritized on that day's schedule. We document everything for your insurance claim and tell you honestly whether the fireplace is safe to use again.
